A graduate of the percussion class of the 2nd degree State Music School of Karol Szymanowski in Katowice and Hans Zimmer’s Master Class. He is studying Composition and Arrangement at the Jazz Institute of the Music Academy in Katowice.
At the age of 12, he became the youngest finalist of the Mapex Drummer of Tomorrow. A year later, he created the soundtrack and music for the documentary film „Bones”, which as an element of the multimedia item ‚Death’, is distributed worldwide. At the age of 15, Milan received the Grand Prix and First Prize in two national percussion competitions.
At the age of 16, he accomplished production of his debut concept album („Twenty Hidden Bodies”) of their parent band You Know What which raved the critics. He also plays drums for WisdomTrip band. He is a CCO in The World Prog Project – an association of creators involved in progressive rock that is behind the revival of the WOODSTOCK festival in the USA. In 2017 he received the third prize in the professional category of the Polish Institute of Art Film for the film „Masks”, for which he made the music. Nominated for the main prize NID and Independent competition in the professional category for the film „A Few Frames About Freedom”.
In 2019, he received the Scholarship of the Marshal of the Silesian Voivodeship in the field of culture and in 2019 and 2020 the Artistic Scholarship of the Rector of the Music Academy in Katowice.
